Public headquarters
This public home page has no subscription or contact form and uses no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Invitations and access
If you are invited to a circular, we process the email address used for delivery and maintain access records. A necessary browser cookie keeps your reading session. Player recovery uses a one-use email link. The site counts page requests by edition and day; those counts are not a list of individual readers.
Participation
When an invited reader votes, comments, or submits a photograph, we keep the information needed to review and display that contribution. Notes and photographs are reviewed before publication. Submitted photos are re-encoded to remove embedded image metadata. We use a network address for rate limiting; it does not decide which edition you see.
Delivery and sharing
Our hosting and email providers handle information needed to serve pages and deliver invitations or requested messages. We do not sell reader information or place advertising trackers on this site. Publicly approved contributions may be visible to other readers under the name or wording you approved.
Choices and questions
Invitation emails include an unsubscribe route where applicable. You can ask the editor to review or remove a contribution from future use. Copies already delivered may remain outside our control. For access, privacy, or removal questions, use the contact page.
