Effective October 20, 2026. These terms describe the current service; they will be revised if the publication or its business model changes.
Public site
This site presents DW Publications and its editorial work. It does not offer open subscriptions or process purchases. Links to third-party sites are provided for context; those sites are responsible for their own content.
Invited circulars
Access links are intended for the invited recipient and may be one-use or time-limited. Please do not redistribute private access codes. Some invited projects contain fictional or participatory material; their own invitations and pages identify that context. This site does not issue official transit, municipal, or emergency notices.
Participation
Do not trespass, follow or identify strangers, or treat story clues as instructions to investigate real people or places. If you send a note or image, submit only material you may lawfully share. Editorial review may decline, edit with your agreement where required, or remove a contribution. Submission does not guarantee publication.
Site availability and contact
We may correct, update, or remove site material and pause services when needed. For questions about an issue, a contribution, or these terms, use the contact page.
